Description
NIST (Non-Interchangeable Screw Thread) connectors enable system purging, pressure testing, and gas sampling. Each unit features pressure and vacuum switches that monitor low/high pressures, triggering audiovisual alarms for any abnormalities.
The system allows isolation of specific sections for maintenance without disrupting overall supply.
AVSUs are available for Oxygen, Nitrous Oxide, 50% O₂/N₂O mix, Medical Air (4 bar), Surgical Air (8 bar), Nitrogen, Carbon Dioxide, and Medical Vacuum. Each outlet includes a gas-specific emergency supply port downstream of the isolation valve for critical access during failures.
Forward-facing NIST connectors with integrated check valves, plugs, and caps ensure safe, gas-specific, non-interchangeable connections both upstream and downstream of the valve.
